Cancellation Policy
Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you, therefore a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. The 50% of the session fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without 48 hours notice and 100% of the session fee in case of same day incident.
Our cancellation policy is not applied in case you can show us a doctor's note for the date of the session.
